loved the unexpected jacuzzi tub, recliner and sitting area-large room

We enjoyed the bagels and muffins. The coffee was hot and excellent quality. The best part of our visit was the staff though. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We are new to the area and they gave us lots of information on the city, county, restaurants and interesting places to see. I requested a recliner due to back and hip problems. I haven't found a bed I am comfortable in since my problems began over 15 years ago. The owner came to our room that afternoon and was so nice to find me a recliner that was very comfortable. The staff moved it right away and we both got to enjoy our three nights of restful sleep. The motel is an old structure but has been very nicely renovated. "Old" in this case means solid with thick sound deadening walls. We literally were never disturbed by other patrons or vehicles. It has USB ports in the lights on both side of the bed. The bathroom had been nicely redone with modern fixtures and lots of space for towels and toiletries. Our room was pet friendly with squeaky clean vinyl flooring in the bedroom area and nice tile in the bathroom. It had a microwave and small fridge along with a smart TV with lots of channels. We would definitely enjoy spending our next visit in Marianna at the Baymont. We wouldn't stay anywhere else.

The exercise room was far better than I expected! I was happy to be able to pick up the dumbbells and also work my muscles on the cable machine. The mini fridge and microwave were very useful items as well!

Close to restaurants, gas stations and Walmart. Small breakfast was available. Room smelled clean. Air was cold! Shower pressure was strong.

Pet friendly with minimum fee. Quiet. Personal requests were met. Staff was excellent.
